What we do, in plain words.

Four kinds of work. Each one comes with a fixed quote, a written plan, and people who answer their own email. Here's what's included, roughly how long it takes, and when you'd be better off going somewhere else.

New websites

Usually 3 to 6 weeks

For businesses getting online for the first time, or starting fresh with a new name. We start with what your customers need to do on the site, such as book, buy, call or ask for a quote, and design every page around making that easy.

What's included

  • A short discovery call and a one-page plan
  • Copy help: we write it with you, or edit yours
  • Design for phone and desktop, built from scratch
  • An editor for the pages you'll change often
  • Contact forms, booking or a shop if you need one
  • Basic SEO, analytics and a cookie setup that's actually legal

Probably not for you if

  • You need it live by Friday
  • You want a 200-page catalogue with no content ready
  • You'd rather use a €10 site builder, and honestly, sometimes that's the right call
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Next.js
  • Astro
  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Stripe

Redesigns

Usually 4 to 8 weeks

Your site exists, it just isn't pulling its weight. Slow, awkward on a phone, hard to update, or simply not something you're proud to send people to. We keep what works, including your Google rankings, and rebuild the rest.

What's included

  • An honest audit of the current site: speed, phone use, content, search
  • A content plan: what to keep, merge, rewrite or drop
  • New design and build
  • Every old address redirected, so links and rankings survive
  • Moving your domain and hosting without email downtime
  • A before/after speed report on launch day

Probably not for you if

  • The site is fine and you just want a new colour. We'll tell you that for free
  • You need a full rebrand first. We'll happily recommend a brand studio

Automation

First workflow live in 1 to 3 weeks

If someone on your team copies the same data between the same tabs every day, that's a workflow waiting to happen. We map how the work happens today, automate the boring, rule-based part, and leave people in charge of the decisions.

Things we automate often

  • Website leads into your CRM, with an instant reply
  • Invoices and receipts read, filed and logged
  • Booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups
  • Weekly reports built from your own data
  • Orders synced between shop, stock and accounting
  • AI that drafts replies or sorts emails, checked by a human

How we keep it reliable

  • Every workflow logs what it did, so you can check it
  • Errors alert a person instead of failing quietly
  • Documentation in plain language, kept in your account
  • You own the accounts and the workflows
  • n8n
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Python
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • HubSpot
  • Airtable
  • Slack
  • OpenAI and Claude APIs

Hosting, email and upkeep

Monthly, cancel any time

The quiet work that keeps everything else running. Hosting that doesn't fall over, business email that reaches inboxes instead of spam folders, updates, backups, and a person to call when something looks wrong.

What's included

  • Fast, managed hosting with daily backups
  • Security and plugin updates, tested before they go live
  • Email set up properly: SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Uptime monitoring, so we usually know before you do
  • Small content changes each month

Also on request

  • Speed fixes for an existing site we didn't build
  • Moving domains and email between providers
  • Newsletter and transactional email setup
  • Google Business Profile clean-up

Not sure which of these you need?

That's normal. Describe the problem in your own words and we'll tell you what we'd do, and what we wouldn't bother with.
